Whole body support for bendy, exhausted, dizzy, and reactive bodies.

Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD), Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) natural treatment approach

Work with me

If you have been trying to manage your symptoms one piece at a time, it can start to feel frustrating.

You focus on your gut, but your energy still crashes.
You support your nervous system, but your symptoms still flare.
You try to do everything right, but your body still feels unpredictable.

That is because your body does not work in separate parts.

I help you make sense of what is going on in your body and build simple, practical strategies that support your energy, digestion, nervous system and more, so daily life feels more manageable.

Who you’ll be working with

Hey I’m Kris,

I’m a clinical naturopath and the person behind Hypermobile Natural Therapies.

I work with people navigating hypermobility, hEDS, HSD, POTS, MCAS, gut symptoms, fatigue, pain, and the “why is my whole body involved?” feeling that often comes with it.

I also live with hEDS, POTS, suspected MCAS, coeliac disease and endometriosis.

So when I say I understand how much these conditions can affect your day-to-day life, I really mean it.

I know what it is like to feel like your body has changed overnight.

One week you are functioning.
The next, you are on the couch, dizzy, exhausted, foggy, sore, reactive, and wondering what on earth is happening.

I also know how frustrating it is when symptoms are treated as separate issues, even though they are clearly all connected in the same body.

That is why my work looks at the whole picture.

Your nervous system.
Your gut.
Your immune system.
Your blood sugar.
Your nutrition.
Your capacity.
Your real life.

Not just one symptom at a time.

My role is to help you understand what your body is asking for, build support that actually fits your life, and make your symptoms feel less random and overwhelming.

This is not about pushing through, doing everything perfectly, or pretending symptoms are not there.

It is about building steadier foundations so your body has more support underneath it.

Because with the right care, life can feel more predictable again.

Packages and 1:1 Consultations

Clinical naturopathic care is available for paediatric clients aged 10–18 years and adults aged 18–65 years.

There are three ways to work with me, depending on the level of support and contact that feels right for you.

If your symptoms are affecting daily life and you want the most support, start with The Thriving Body Blueprint.

If you have already worked with me, or monthly appointments with weekly check-ins feel like a better pace, Connected 1:1 Care may be the right fit.

If you prefer ongoing care through individual appointments, 1:1 consultations are available too.

All options are personalised to your symptoms, your capacity, your goals and your real life.

Connected 1:1 Care

Monthly consult + weekly WhatsApp support

Connected 1:1 Care is for clients who want regular care, support between appointments, and more space between consults.

This can be a good option after completing The Thriving Body Blueprint, or if monthly appointments with weekly check-ins feel like the right pace for your body and life.

It includes one review consultation each month, plus weekly WhatsApp support.

This gives you a place to check in between appointments when symptoms change, questions come up, or your plan needs adjusting.

Weekly WhatsApp support

1:1 Consultations

Ongoing consult-based care

1:1 consultations are for people who want ongoing naturopathic care through individual appointments without weekly support.

Each consult focuses on what is happening now, what has changed, what your body is responding to, and what needs adjusting next.

You will leave each session with clear next steps, so you know what to focus on before your next review.

Pricing:

Initial consultation, 1 hour: $230
Review consultation, 1 hour: $200

This is best suited to people who want personalised care through regular appointments, with space to work through their plan between sessions.

My Whole Body Method

I take a whole body approach, looking at how your systems connect rather than trying to fix things in isolation.

I focus on three key areas:

Your nervous system:

We always start here because it is often the missing piece. If your body does not feel safe, everything else becomes harder to regulate.

Your nervous system influences your energy, digestion, how your body reacts, and your recovery. When it is under strain, it can show up as fatigue, dizziness, flares, or symptoms that seem unpredictable.

Supporting your nervous system helps your body feel more settled, making it easier for everything else to work better.

Your digestive system:

We look at your eating habits and how food affects your symptoms. This is not about being perfect or following strict rules. It’s about understanding what works for your body and what doesn’t.

I consider your food preferences, safe foods, aversions, and sensitivities, especially if you are neurodivergent or have had challenging experiences with food.

Your digestion and gut health influence how well you absorb nutrients, how stable your energy feels, and how your body responds day to day. When this system is out of balance, it can show up as fatigue, bloating, nausea, food reactions, or that feeling of barely keeping up.

Supporting your digestive system with simple, practical strategies helps your body feel more steady, nourished, and able to cope with daily demands.

Your immune system:

Your immune system plays a big role in how your body reacts, including flares, sensitivities, and inflammation. When it is overactive or out of sync, it can leave you feeling reactive, tired, and constantly on edge.

This can show up as histamine reactions, rashes, food or environmental sensitivities, and symptoms that appear for no clear reason. Everything from your energy to your digestion is influenced by how well your immune system is functioning.

I focus on supporting your immune system in ways that are practical and gentle, helping your body respond appropriately rather than overreacting. When this system is calmer and better supported, your symptoms often become more predictable and manageable.

Building Your Plan

Once I understand your body, we work together to create a personalised plan that focuses on your top priorities. This includes supporting your nervous system, digestive system, and immune system in ways that are practical and realistic for your daily life.

Your plan will include:

  • Simple, step-by-step strategies that help your body feel calmer and more steady

  • Tools to improve your energy, digestion, and how your body responds to triggers

  • Guidance that adapts to your lifestyle, so you can implement it without stress or overwhelm

What working with me looks like

Your consultations

Getting Started

Our first session is all about understanding you. I want to hear your story, how your symptoms show up day to day, and what you’ve tried before. This helps me see the patterns and challenges that are unique to your body.

By the end of this session, you’ll have a clear picture of the systems that are influencing your symptoms and a few small, practical strategies to start feeling more supported right away. You’ll also get guidance on tracking your symptoms, so we can see what is helping and what might need adjusting.

Ongoing Support

As you put your plan into action, I provide ongoing support and adjustments based on how your body responds. This helps you feel confident that you’re moving in the right direction without having to guess what’s working.

Together, we focus on small, meaningful changes that add up to real improvements in how you feel day to day. This approach helps you feel more in control of your body and your energy, and more confident in navigating your symptoms.
