Whole body support for bendy, exhausted, dizzy, and reactive bodies.
Work with me
If you have been trying to manage your symptoms one piece at a time, it can start to feel frustrating.
You focus on your gut, but your energy still crashes.
You support your nervous system, but your symptoms still flare.
You try to do everything right, but your body still feels unpredictable.
That is because your body does not work in separate parts.
I help you make sense of what is going on in your body and build simple, practical strategies that support your energy, digestion, nervous system and more, so daily life feels more manageable.
Who you’ll be working with
Hey I’m Kris,
I’m a clinical naturopath and the person behind Hypermobile Natural Therapies.
I work with people navigating hypermobility, hEDS, HSD, POTS, MCAS, gut symptoms, fatigue, pain, and the “why is my whole body involved?” feeling that often comes with it.
I also live with hEDS, POTS, suspected MCAS, coeliac disease and endometriosis.
So when I say I understand how much these conditions can affect your day-to-day life, I really mean it.
I know what it is like to feel like your body has changed overnight.
One week you are functioning.
The next, you are on the couch, dizzy, exhausted, foggy, sore, reactive, and wondering what on earth is happening.
I also know how frustrating it is when symptoms are treated as separate issues, even though they are clearly all connected in the same body.
That is why my work looks at the whole picture.
Your nervous system.
Your gut.
Your immune system.
Your blood sugar.
Your nutrition.
Your capacity.
Your real life.
Not just one symptom at a time.
My role is to help you understand what your body is asking for, build support that actually fits your life, and make your symptoms feel less random and overwhelming.
This is not about pushing through, doing everything perfectly, or pretending symptoms are not there.
It is about building steadier foundations so your body has more support underneath it.
Because with the right care, life can feel more predictable again.

Getting Started
Our first session is all about understanding you. I want to hear your story, how your symptoms show up day to day, and what you’ve tried before. This helps me see the patterns and challenges that are unique to your body.
By the end of this session, you’ll have a clear picture of the systems that are influencing your symptoms and practical strategies to start feeling more supported right away. You’ll also get guidance on tracking your symptoms, so we can see what is helping and what might need adjusting.
Building Your Plan
Once I understand your body, we work together to create a personalised plan that focuses on your priorities.
Simple, step-by-step strategies that help your body feel calmer and more steady
Tools to improve your energy, digestion, and how your body responds to triggers
Guidance that adapts to your lifestyle, so you can implement it without stress or overwhelm
Ongoing Support
As you put your plan into action, I provide ongoing support and adjustments based on how your body responds. This helps you feel confident that you’re moving in the right direction without having to guess what’s working.
Together, we focus on small, meaningful changes that add up to real improvements in how you feel day to day.
This approach helps you feel more in control of your body and your energy, and more confident in navigating your symptoms.

Naturopathy is a whole body approach to healthcare which focuses on supporting the body’s natural ability to support itself itself using evidence-based, natural therapies. At Hypermobile Natural Therapies, I use naturopathy to address underlying factors that may be contributing to your symptoms, including lifestyle, nutrition, and environmental influences.
Unlike conventional medicine, which often focuses on individual systems, naturopathy looks at the whole person, seeking to restore balance and improve overall well-being. I integrate the latest research with natural therapies like nutrition support, lifestyle modifications, and herbal medicine to create personalised treatment plans tailored to each individual.
My goal is to provide sustainable, long-term solutions for managing conditions like Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD), Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS).

Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD)
Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS)
Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS)

No, you don’t need a confirmed diagnosis to work with me. Many people experience symptoms for years without an official diagnosis due to long wait times for specialists or a lack of understanding from medical professionals. If you are dealing with hypermobility-related symptoms, I am here to help you manage them, even while you seek an official diagnosis (or not).
-
Yes, I work with clients who are neurodivergent, especially those who experience conditions like ADHD and Autism alongside hypermobility, hEDS, POTS, and MCAS. My management plans take into account any specific challenges that may come with neurodivergence, including sensory sensitivities, food aversions, and managing symptoms in a way that is practical and sustainable for you.

Your first consultation is a 60-minute session where I will take the time to get to know you and your health history. Together we’ll dive deep into your symptoms, lifestyle, and any past treatments or strategies you have tried. At the end of the session, you will leave with:
Short-term lifestyle and nervous system calming strategies to get you started.
Depending on which avenue of working together you choose, you will also get resources and weekly support
-
Follow-up consultations are all about checking in on how you’re feeling, reviewing your progress, and adjusting your plan as your body changes.
During these sessions, we look at your symptoms, how your energy, digestion, and reactions are responding, and any new questions that have come up. This helps us refine your strategies so they continue to work for you.
Follow-ups give you a chance to get clarity, troubleshoot challenges, and make small, practical changes that make a real difference in your day-to-day life. They are also an opportunity to celebrate any improvements and set the next steps for your journey.
These sessions are flexible and tailored to your needs, helping you feel supported and confident as your body responds to the plan we’ve built together.

The Whole Body Method is my approach to helping you understand and support your body as a whole. I focus on the three systems that often drive symptoms: your nervous system, digestion, and immune system.
We look at how these systems interact, identify what might be contributing to your symptoms, and create practical strategies that you can actually use in daily life. The goal is to help your body feel more steady, predictable, and supported, so you have more energy and confidence in managing your symptoms.
